扒塔是一项很繁重的工作,不仅劳动强度大,而且脱硫液对皮肤尤其是眼睛刺激性很大,扒一次填料,施工作业人员的眼睛得红肿疼痛两叁天。所以塔能不扒尽可能地不扒,能少扒一次少扒一次。另外就是扒填料之前要做好准备工作,要有详细的施工方案和安全防护、劳动保护措施。

散装填料的扒装工作量相对小一些,但对环境影响较大,因为填料要从卸料孔扒出来,这样粘附的硫沫、带出来的脱硫液要比扒规整填料多,弄得现场脏不说,关键是这些脱硫液和硫沫要污染环境。卸出来的填料现场抖一下,只要填料不被硫沫粘在一起,填料上的孔隙基本出来就行,不用非得用水冲出填料的本来面目。然后将填料直接装袋,就可以重新装到脱硫塔里了。

扒出来的填料重新装了以后,从开车到系统加负荷这段时间可以大液量操作。此时气量小,正适合大液量通过。通过大液量操作,可以使填料得到进一步地清洗,这时候虽然气量不大但再生槽硫泡沫很多。系统逐步加满负荷后,对脱硫塔的阻力进行认真的测量,即验证了扒装的效果,也为塔阻力的变化监测留下了原始数据。
