扒塔是一项很繁重的工作，不仅劳动强度大，而且脱硫液对皮肤尤其是眼睛刺激性很大，扒一次填料，施工作业人员的眼睛得红肿疼痛两叁天。所以塔能不扒尽可能地不扒，能少扒一次少扒一次。另外就是扒填料之前要做好准备工作，要有详细的施工方案和安全防护、劳动保护措施。
