沼气发酵温度如何控制?

温度场的分布和变化将直接影响整个系统的产气量和产气率。沼气发酵受温度的影响较大,高温在夏季和秋季,天然气生产,尤其是冬季冬季气温低,沼气发酵原料的温度通常低于10℃,沼气生产受到严重影响,为了实现全年天然气供应的需求,必须加强冬季和春季池保温工作,其主要措施如下:

  The distribution and change of temperature field will directly affect the gas production rate and gas production rate of the whole system. Biogas fermentation is greatly affected by temperature.   加入人粪肥、马粪或堆肥后的新鲜干草等发热量原料,适当提高池液浓度至10 ~ 12%;
  Add the raw materials of calorific value such as human manure, horse manure or fresh hay after composting, and properly increase the concentration of the tank liquid to 10 ~ 12%;
  (2)增加风障,降低温度消耗

  沼气池建在背风处或建在沼气池的西北风壁上,也是降低温度消耗的简单方法;

  (3)秸秆覆盖保温

  用农作物秸秆或干草覆盖池塘也可以减少温度损失。
