Regular protection and maintenance of biogas engineering equipment is an important link to give full play to the benefits of biogas engineering. 应定时检修、保养格栅，关于破损的要及时替换。机械格栅机运转结束后应及时清洗格栅机。

②厌氧反应器的各种加热设备应常常除垢。

③当选用热交换器加热时，管道和闸阀处的密封材料应每年替换。

③ When the heat exchanger is selected for heating, the sealing materials at the pipeline and gate valve shall be replaced every year.

④当选用螺旋桨等机械拌和时，轴承应定时查看，增加润滑油，支承架的衔接螺栓应常常查看和紧固。

④ When mechanical mixing such as propeller is selected, the bearing shall be checked regularly to add lubricating oil, and the connecting bolts of the support frame shall be checked and tightened frequently.

⑤蒸气管道、沼气管道的冷凝水应按规划规则定时排放。

⑤ The condensate of steam pipeline and biogas pipeline shall be discharged regularly according to the planning rules.

⑥冰冷区域冬天，对溢流管、防爆设备的水封应做好设备和管道保温防冻作业。

⑥ In winter in cold areas, the water seals of overflow pipes and explosion-proof equipment shall be well insulated and antifreezed.

⑦厌氧反应器运转3~5年整理、检修1次。

①定时查看沼气贮气柜、沼气管道及闸阀是否漏气。

②沼气贮气柜表面的油漆或涂料应定时从头涂饰。

⑥沼气贮气柜运转3~5年应修理1次，气阀，使用寿命到期强制更新。

⑥ The biogas gas holder shall be repaired once every 3 ~ 5 years, and the gas valve shall be forcibly renewed when its service life expires.

⑦沼气报警设备应每年检修1次。

⑦ The biogas alarm equipment shall be overhauled once a year.

①定时查看yl6809永利系统的气密性，每周对旁路阀门和备用脱硫塔的阀门进行开、闭运转。

① Regularly check the air tightness of the biogas purification system, and open and close the bypass valve and the valve of the standby desulfurization tower every week.

②定时扫除yl6809永利设备中的冷凝水。
