脱硫液以碳酸钠作为碱源,总碱度为0.3~0.6N,NaHCO3:Na2CO3≥5且pH值为8.2~8.5;催化剂溶解后混入脱硫液。

工作时,含硫沼气从脱硫塔底部进入,与脱硫液逆向触摸,硫化氢被碱液吸收,净化后的沼气从塔顶排出。吸收硫化氢后的脱硫液成为富液,流经富液槽,再被泵打入再生槽,与空气混合进行再生,其间硫以单质形态浮于槽顶,溢流到硫膏槽。再生后的脱硫液成为贫液,恢复脱硫才能,经贫液槽,再被泵循环进入脱硫塔持续脱硫。

After regeneration, the desulfurized liquid becomes lean liquid, and the desulfurized liquid can be recovered. After passing through the lean liquid tank, it is pumped into the desulfurizing tower for continuous desulfurization.
