目前常用的几种脱硫技术的优缺点

目前,国内外常用的烟气脱硫方法按其按脱硫过程是否加水和脱硫产物的干湿形态,可分为:湿法、半干法、干法三大类脱硫工艺。

At present, the commonly used flue gas desulfurization methods at home and abroad can be divided into three types of desulfurization processes: wet, semi-dry and dry according to whether water is added in the desulfurization process and the dry and wet form of the desulfurization products.
01湿法脱硫
01 Wet desulfurization
优点:气液反应,反应速度快,脱硫效率高,一般均高于90%,技术成熟,适用面广。技术比较成熟,生产运行安全可靠,占脱硫总装机容量的80%以上。
Advantages: gas-liquid reaction, fast reaction speed, high desulfurization efficiency, generally higher than 90%, mature technology and wide application. The technology is relatively mature, and the production and operation are safe and reliable, accounting for more than 80% of the total installed capacity of desulfurization.
缺点:生成物是液体或淤渣,较难处理,设备腐蚀性严重,洗涤后烟气需再热,能耗高,占地面积大,投资和运行费用高。系统复杂、设备庞大、耗水量大、一次性投资高,一般适用于大型电厂。
Disadvantages: The product is liquid or sludge, which is difficult to treat, the equipment is severely corrosive, the flue gas after washing needs to be reheated, the energy consumption is high, the floor area is large, and the investment and operation costs are high. The system is complex, the equipment is huge, the water consumption is large, and the one-time investment is high, which is generally applicable to large power plants.
技术路线:石灰石/石灰-石膏法、间接的灰石-石膏法、柠檬吸收法等。
Technical route: limestone/lime-gypsum method, indirect lime-gypsum method, lemon absorption method, etc.
02干法脱硫
02 Dry desulfurization
优点:气固反应,相对于湿法脱硫系统来说,设备简单,占地面积小、投资和运行费用较低、操作方便、能耗低、生成物便于处置、无污水处理系统等。
Advantages: compared with wet desulfurization system, gas-solid reaction has simple equipment, small floor area, low investment and operation costs, convenient operation, low energy consumption, easy disposal of products, no sewage treatment system, etc.
缺点:反应速度慢,脱硫率低,先进的可达60-80%。脱硫效率较低,吸收剂利用率低,磨损、结垢现象比较严重,在设备维护方面难度较大,设备运行的稳定性、可靠性不高,且寿命较短。
Disadvantages: slow reaction speed, low desulfurization rate, advanced up to 60-80%. The desulfurization efficiency is low, the utilization rate of absorbent is low, the wear and scaling phenomenon is serious, the equipment maintenance is difficult, the stability and reliability of equipment operation is not high, and the service life is short.
技术路线:活性碳吸附法、电子束辐射法、荷电干式吸收剂喷射法、金属氧化物脱硫法等。
Technical routes: activated carbon adsorption method, electron beam radiation method, charged dry absorbent injection method, metal oxide desulfurization method, etc.
03半干法脱硫
03 Semi-dry desulfurization
半干法脱硫包括喷雾干燥法脱硫、半干半湿法脱硫、粉末一颗粒喷动床脱硫、烟道喷射脱硫等。
Semi dry desulfurization includes spray drying desulfurization, semi dry and semi wet desulfurization, powder particle spouted bed desulfurization, flue jet desulfurization, etc.
1、喷雾干燥法
1. Spray drying
利用机械或气流的力量将吸收剂分散成极细小的雾状液滴,雾状液滴与烟气形成比较大的接触表面积,在气液两相之间发生的一种热量交换、质量传递和化学反应的脱硫方法。一般用的吸收剂是碱液、石灰乳、石灰石浆液等,目前绝大多数装置都使用石灰乳作为吸收剂。一般情况下,此种方法的脱硫率65%~85%。
Absorbent is dispersed into very small mist droplets by mechanical or air force. The mist droplets form a relatively large contact surface area with flue gas, which is a desulfurization method of heat exchange, mass transfer and chemical reaction between gas and liquid phases. The commonly used absorbents are lye, lime milk, limestone slurry, etc. At present, most devices use lime milk as absorbent. Generally, the desulfurization rate of this method is 65%~85%.
优点:脱硫是在气、液、固三相状态下进行,工艺设备简单,生成物为干态的CaSO3、CaSO4,易处理,没有严重的设备腐蚀和堵塞情况,耗水也比较少。
Advantages: Desulfurization is carried out in the gas, liquid and solid three-phase state. The process equipment is simple. The products are dry CaSO3 and CaSO4, which are easy to handle. There is no serious equipment corrosion and blockage, and the water consumption is relatively small.
缺点:自动化要求比较高,吸收剂的用量难以控制,吸收效率不是很高。
Disadvantages: the automation requirements are relatively high, the amount of absorbent is difficult to control, and the absorption efficiency is not very high.
2、半干半湿法
2. Semi-dry and semi-wet
介于湿法和干法之间的一种脱硫方法,其脱硫效率和脱硫剂利用率等参数也介于两者之间,该方法主要适用于中小锅炉的烟气治理。
It is a desulfurization method between wet method and dry method, and its desulfurization efficiency and utilization rate of desulfurizer are also between the two. This method is mainly applicable to flue gas treatment of small and medium-sized boilers.
特点:投资少、运行费用低,脱硫率虽低于湿法脱硫技术,但仍可达到70%,并且腐蚀性小、占地面积少,工艺可靠。工业中常用的半干半湿法脱硫系统与湿法脱硫系统相比,省去了制浆系统,将湿法脱硫系统中的喷入水溶液改为喷入CaO或Ca(OH)2粉末和水雾。与干法脱硫系统相比,克服了炉内喷钙法SO2和CaO反应效率低、反应时间长的缺点,提高了脱硫剂的利用率,且工艺简单。
Features: low investment, low operation cost, desulfurization rate is lower than that of wet desulfurization technology, but it can still reach 70%, with small corrosivity, small floor area and reliable process. Compared with the wet desulfurization system, the semi-dry and semi-wet desulfurization system commonly used in industry omits the pulping system, and the water solution injected into the wet desulfurization system is replaced by CaO or Ca (OH) 2 powder and water mist. Compared with dry desulfurization system, it overcomes the disadvantages of low reaction efficiency and long reaction time of SO2 and CaO by calcium injection in the furnace, improves the utilization rate of desulfurizer, and the process is simple.

半干法专用滤料
Special filter material for semi-dry process
采用半干法脱硫后,袋式除尘器工况与脱硫后置工艺有所不同,其烟气中硫氧化物被脱除,但烟气湿度以及粉尘浓度会增加。
After semi-dry desulfurization, the working condition of bag filter is different from that of post-desulfurization process. The sulfur oxide in its flue gas is removed, but the flue gas humidity and dust concentration will increase.
