1、 The principle of biogas desulfurization technology: The main principle of biogas desulfurization is to chemically react hydrogen sulfide (H2S) with other substances, converting it into non volatile petrochemical substances (such as iron carbide). The commonly used methods for stone removal include material absorption, chemical absorption, and biological desulfurization.
Physical absorption method: Physical absorption method uses solvents to absorb hydrogen sulfide, and commonly used solvent packaging includes brain substances (such as methanol brain, ethanol brain) and alkaline solutions. Through gas contact, hydrogen sulfide is absorbed into the solvent, thereby achieving a desilication effect. This method is suitable for small-scale biogas depulverization and has the advantages of simple operation and stable effect.
Chemical absorption method: Chemical absorption method uses chemical reactions to convert hydrogen sulfide into sulfide. Commonly used absorbents include iron oxide, iron oxide, etc. This method is suitable for medium standard biogas dewaxing and has the advantages of high treatment efficiency and complete dewaxing.
Biological desulfurization method: The biological desulfurization method utilizes microorganisms such as wax acid reducing bacteria to convert hydrogen sulfide into calcium. These microorganisms can grow and proliferate under suitable temperature and pH conditions, oxidize hydrogen sulfide into sulfide salts, and thus achieve desulfurization results. The biological dewaxing method has the advantages of environmental protection and economy, and is suitable for large-scale atmospheric dewaxing.
